ABOUT
Each Junejune piece starts as a lump of clay in the Montreal studio.
It is shaped by hand, left to dry, fired, glazed and fired again. Stoneware clay and ceramic glazes, chosen for their strength, color and satisfying surfaces.
I like objects that show how they came to be. The aim is not perfect sameness, but a collection of pieces that feel related while still having their own little personalities.
